not required methods being introduced and developed strongly but each In the past few decades, there are many meditation has its own method and the goals are also differed. Human & Universal Energy Healing practitioners to quit the method/s they have followed but they should not mix the other meditation method while they are meditating in Human & Universal Energy Healing method to avoid risk which may be happened. In other words, within the period from 5 to 30 minutes of meditation by Human & Universal Energy Healing method, practitioners should give all of this period for Human & Universal Energy Healing meditation method, then to meditate in other methods later. Human & Universal Energy Healing meditation is not pedantic about meditation posture or position but attaches special important to the breathing methods to begin meditation period, mind concentrating during the meditation and breathing at the end of meditation period.

i. Human & Universal Energy Healing meditation posture:
Meditation in Master Luong Minh Dang method, practitioners can seat in whatever position they like and comfort. When practitioners are used to with meditation, they can meditate in whatever posture - walk, stand, seat, lying, etc... However, the beginners (after Chakras being opened) should choose a proper posture to assist the mind to concentrate easier.
Human & Universal Energy Healing practitioners can seat cross-legged as the posture in meditation of Buddhism or seating on a chair putting legs down on the floor but the back needs to be straight.
Seating cross-legged in Buddhism has two main postures: half-cross and full-cross. Half cross-legged is to place the right foot on the left thigh or the left foot on the right thigh. Full cross-legged is to place the right foot on left thigh and left foot on right thigh (see Chapter 5- Meditation and Health).
In both half or full cross-legged position, it is advised to seat on a meditation pillow on the floor, wooden bed or to seat on a chair.
Practitioners should not seat on mattress or water bed because the legs will be pins and needles very quickly and the back could not straight.
If chose to seat on a chair, practitioners should use a flat chair without arm or back and should not be too high or too low in order to seat straight and two feet can be comforted on floor.
Two hands can be put on thighs with palms up or tie together also with palms up and two thumbs touch each other. It is possible to have the palms up and right hand place over left hand, right fingers on the left fingers and two thumb tips (top of thumbs) touch each other. In the position which two palms up on thighs, practitioners seem easier to absorb energy but where two hands tie together or right hand on left hand, the energy absorbed is run, vibrated thoroughly in the body and easier to concentrate.
Who is found difficult to concentrate his/her mind while meditating is advised to seat in the posture where the right hand is placed on the left hand.
The back and head should be straight as much as better. Practitioner's heads should not lean over the back (face is upward) because in this position, energy to be accumulated more on head causing headache. However if the body is leaned toward, head is "bowed"、 practitioners will find sleepy very quickly.
Mediation posture should be in comfortable sitting position, with a straight back, straight head, relax, no smile or grimace. The seating position plays an important role for beginners in meditation and absorbed energy. At later stage, practitioners are able to meditate in whichever position.
ii. Breathing:
After having a comfort seating position, practitioners try not to think of anything, eyes still open, breathe in lightly and steadily by the nose then exhale by mount in long, deep breath to push out all air in lung.
Repeat the process of "short breathing in and long exhale out" at least 3 times. The slowly close your eyes, your lips, two sets of teeth, tongue in position of touching to upper set of teeth then breathe only by nose slowly and regularly while trying to concentrate at Chakra 7.
Each period of meditation should not be lesser than 5 minutes but no longer than 30 minutes. At any time after 5 minutes of meditation, if you want to stop meditation, you have to firstly open your eyes, breathe in by nose and exhale by mouth in the same manner as you started the meditation for three times. Practitioners have to meditate at least once a day but not limited to how many times.
Each meditation method has its own breathing principle and the breathing is the basis of the aims which that meditation method wants to achieve. For example Tibetan Buddhism Exotic School, to protect the body from the cold, applies the special breathing: breathe in by nose in a certain period of time, for example 5 seconds, hold the breath at belly area for a double period of breathing in (eg. 10 seconds) and then to exhale out by month for double period of holding (eg. 20 seconds). The time for each "process" is longer is better. The method of breathing helps practitioner to be calm very quickly as well as the heath.
Human & Universal Energy Healing has its own breathing method.
In breathing before and after meditations period, practitioner has to open his/her eyes. Breathe in by nose slowly but not too deep and full. Exhale by mouth slowly but try to push all carbonic gas in the body - lung stomach and other organs which may contain carbonic gas. The time to breathe in by nose" is shorter than the time to "exhale out by mouth" and try not to make noise because any noise made during breathing is from breathing too quick and strong. Apart from pushing out all of carbonic gas in the body, the slow breathing itself help to calm us and then allowing us more condition to concentrate.
During meditation, do not close your eyes too close because it is easy to feel sleepy, lips are close, to sets of teeth also to be close and only breathe slightly by nose.
The "breathing meditation" method in Buddhism is to concentrate on the breaths. However, Human & Universal Energy Healing meditation is to concentrate on Chakra 7 and let your mind follow the energy being absorb through Chakra 7 and vibrate all over body and therefore not to pay any attention on how to breathe during meditation. Human & Universal Energy Healing breathing during meditation is to breath slowly and slightly according to the demand of the body in the state of motionless, tranquility and mind is concentrating toward Chakra 7 and the feeling of energy vibrating down from Chakra 7 to other parts of body. When concentrate fully on Chakra 7, the breathes will be slow mind is really tranquil, no faint or lounge thoughts and becomes an unconscious act. When the breath became and slight naturally - the breathing during meditation heavy or produce sound, the practitioner is starting to nod.
There is meditation method that the practitioner breath as less as possible (it is called "tortoise-breath") means breath very little, very slowly and very slight, Other method is to breathe deeply and accumulate air down to the belly, not to lung. Each breathing method serves for different goal. Do not mix the breathing of other meditation method while meditating in Human & Universal Energy Healing method. Practitioner should be known that when the breath becomes heavy, practitioner is about to nod.
iii. Mind concentration:
Even in sleeping, when mind is in the most relaxing state, there are still tens of things hover in mind. For the beginners, even the one who has meditated for some times, it is nearly impossible to have a mind completely empty without any thought at all.
Meditation means not to let our thoughts wandering lounging but to make it concentrating on one thought only. Therefore, meditation is a try to concentrate our mind on thinking of one thing or one concept. Meditation language distinguishes into meditation into tranquility and concentration. Tranquility means making mind to stop thinking and concentration our mind on thinking of one thing or one concept. Meditation language distinguishes into meditation into tranquility and concentration.
Tranquility means making mind to stop thinking and concentration means making mind to concentrate on one matter or concept in order to "see" or have wisdom Mind concentration is the stop of ramble thoughts from one object to others in order to think or to attend to only one object or one concept. In Human & Universal Energy Healing meditation, its object is Chakra 7, let our mind to stop at Chakra 7, to have a "deep look" into Chakra 7.
You may image Chakra 7 as an exhausted fan and try to make it spins, rotates to "suck" energy in universe. You may also think that Chakra 7 like a funnel in which energy is poured in.
When having a feeling that Chakra 7 starts to have small stirring or movement, one hand try to absorb energy in and on other hand, concentrate on those movements to avoid our mind thinking of other things.
The beginners may choose to repeat or chant some words during meditation to keep mind not to lounge to other things. Buddhists use to chant "Nammo Abidahrma" or "Nammo Bodhisva". You may choose to count 1, 2, 3, 4 slowly and continuously. If Human & Universal Energy Healing beginners found difficult to concentrate on Chakra 7 may repeat any sentence you like or even the sentence "let me be concentrated" or "concentrate on Chakra 7", etc... during the meditation period. When concentration on Chakra 7 became easier, practitioner may not to chant those sentences any more and concentrate on the vibration of the energy which is entering into our body.
The aim of Human & Universal Energy Healing meditation is to absorb universal into our body. Universal energy vibrates, moves in waves form with very low frequency. When we are in awaken state, our brain frequency is about 100 Hertz while the universal energy which is needed by our body has a frequency lower than 10 Hertz only. Those two frequencies are too
different, can not match and therefore our body can not receive universal energy while we awake.
In deep sleep, no nightmare, our brain's frequency could be down at tens Hertz and sometimes may be equal or close to the universal energy frequency. When your mind is very tranquil, the brain frequency may be equal to universal energy frequency and then both frequencies may be able to interfere to each other and our body maybe able to receive universal energy.
iv. Time to meditate:
Master Luong Minh Dang uses to recommend practitioners not to meditate while being affected by alcohol because it may cause headache. 4 hours after drinking is the reasonable period which any effect on mind and nerves by alcohol consumed is gone.
Practitioner should choose when the mind is most relaxed and tranquilled to meditate.
There are people who choose to meditate before bed time when there was nothing to do in order to have the tranquil mind. Others choose to meditate in the early morning after waking up as the mind is clearer. Both times can be applied but those times may not the best times for all people.
CORE
GEFORCE
The benefit of early morning meditation is to have plenty time to meditate during the day if being forgotten by any reason but there are people who have habit that they wake up with the full of things to do in mind and difficult to have a tranquil state of mind. However the disadvantage of chosen to meditate before bed time for the practitioner whose Chakras have not been "opened" fully (100%) is that if s/he "forget" or had to drink alcohol in late evening, is that if this occurs continuously over a few days, the Chakras may not be able to activate as they have been before and may have to reopened. It is also advised that practitioner should not meditate immediately after meal because it is hard to concentrate with a full stomach.
The most suitable time for meditation is varied from person to person but the main thing is to remember to meditate daily.
For the new beginners, choose the reasonable quite place for meditation. When getting used to it, practitioner will be able to meditate at any place with any level of noise. However, practitioner should avoid the sudden interruption during mediation period such as telephone or other person called.
If practitioner feel coughing, sneezing, itching, try to hold it but if impossible, just sneeze, cough or scratch... but not open the eyes and then continue with meditation. However, if such sneezing or coughing continues and interrupts the meditation. too much, stop by breathing (open the eyes, breathe in by nose, exhale out by month 3 times). If such actions occur before the 5 minutes period, meditate again later.
The practitioners at high levels are rarely getting this situation because when a practitioner has any feeling in any part of the body, s/he directs the energy to that area and that feeling will be gone soon.
iv The feeling in meditation:
The beginners used to wonder and worry whether they had applied the meditation method correctly, some even thought that they could not meditate or could not absorb energy as others.
Normally, after doing meditation breathing, closing the eyes and concentrating on Chakra 7 for few minutes, practitioners can feel one or more of the followings Stretching and heavy at the top of the head, winding at Chakra 7, an insect crawls around Chakra 7, a vibration surrounding Chakra 7 likes it was rotating, more slaver being discharged, body feels a bit hotter, something vibrates in the feet or whole body. Some practitioners feel "hot" at their ears, whole body and many felt hot at their faces.
When practitioner felt too hot, check the sitting posture to see whether the head or body was leaning backward and if you cannot continue, stop the meditation session by breathing out as normal, relax for a while and meditate again if the last session did not reach 5 minutes.
Actually, it is enough if the Chakras being activated by meditation in a very short period each day, however the required 5 minutes meditation is to ensure within that session, there is at least few seconds in which practitioner's mind is really tranquil, concentrated and the Chakras being activated. Master Luong Minh Dang repeatedly reminds student not to meditate for more than 30 minutes per session because it is not really helpful if a beginner absorbs too much as his or her body may not use to it and to avoid seeing the illusion world in some circumstances.
During meditation, practitioners may see many different colours and keep changing. At first, most practitioners saw in mind a dark colour and then changed to other bright colours and sometimes some beautiful or horrible scenes. In this situation, practitioner should keep calm, not to be afraid or excited because all are the delusions and hallucination.
If it is difficult to concentrate, practitioner may pray to God, Buddha to ask for help in meditation. The repeating of prays or chants would help practitioner calm down, relax and tranquil.
The experience practitioner may feel a whirl on the top of the head (Chakra 7) and the energy stream vibrating through Chakra 7 and travel to whole body. Some practitioners may feel the vibration at Chakra 1 area. However, do not panic or become excessively excited at the feeling like Chakra 1 being activated because it may be the feeling of sitting too long or the energy being supplied and activated Chakra 2 area (which is very close to Chakra 1), not Chakra 1 to be open.
Every night, in bed, instead of toss and turn over hundreds of things, relax, two arms beside or two hands on stomach, eyes are open, breathe in, exhale out three times then close eyes, concentrate to Chakra 7 and sleep. Practitioner will find much easier to sleep that way while Chakra 7 may receive universal energy as well even you are sleeping. If you are awaked at mid night, open you eyes and do the breathing like you just finished a meditation session, then start another meditation session again (breathing in and exhale out ...3 times...). If you slept through the night, when waking up in the morning, no need to do the breathing as you woke up in mid night except you feel heavy in your head or headache. You should treat the meditation while you sleep as a supplementary meditation only because there are people who fall asleep too quickly without concentrating to Chakra 7 and therefore no energy being absorbed.
It is good to meditate more than once a day but the beginners should not try too hard. If possible, practitioners should heal other people because in providing healing, the energy will not only be exchanged, rotated but also increased and more sensible, easier to concentrate and special could help other to heal their illnesses.
