Dear Students,
Greeting you with New Logo of our MEL family. This new MEL Logo in our cover picture, was handed over to us when we went for our special spiritual seminar. All the details of the signs are given in the article. Kindly read and understand.
The significance of Symbols in the logo for the MEL Wisdom Philosophy: The 3-Sided Pyramid -Dragon & Phoenix - The Bronze Drum
At the center of the logo is a 3-sided Pyramid with 12 lines. This has many representations for humans and the universe regarding the material life and spirituality. The images of the Dragon and the Phoenix are also symbols we use in our School.
Master Dang has most recently decided to add the image of the sun, represented as a Round Circle with carved images derived from the Vietnamese Bronze Drum. All of these combined images form the logo of the Higher Level of the Universal Energy school - what we now call the MEL Wisdom Philosophy.
With its carved images, this Round Circle in the logo of the Wisdom Philosophy of MEL has a new appellation: "The MEL Bronze Drum of Wisdom'. The unified symbol that each of these parts creates has its own particular significance and benefits that go
beyond culture, aesthetics, history or archaeology which are fields of study that are not part of our branch.
The shape of the Pyramid of our School has similarities to the great Pyramids of Egypt and the Mayan Pyramid in Latin America. However, we need to clearly understand the similarities and differences between them in their characteristics, goals, significance and representations. The Pyramids of Egypt and the Mayan Pyramid are built of big and solid stones and are 4-sided Pyramids. The essential use of the Mayan Pyramid is as a temple and that of the Pyramids of Egypt was used as tomb. By contrast, the Universal Energy Pyramid is made of a very light and thin clear Plexiglas materials and it is 3-sided, not 4-sided.
shape are different, the Great Although the material and the Pyramid of Egypt and the 3
Pyramid share one similar aspect Spirituality. The Great Pyramid of Egypt was built to honor the Deities and for the metaphysical spiritual energies of the Providence, represented as the Sun Deity. The UE Pyramid is a means for students to learn and realize many things, the essential one being to learn and practice connecting with the metaphysical spiritual energies, the magical spiritual energies, the creative powers of the Sacred High Beings.
The UE Pyramid also has particular educational and philosophical meanings for both the material Life and regarding Spirituality. The 13 stages on each face of the UE Pyramid have different representations. The first notable one is the number 13 which conveys different meanings in Eastern and Western cultures, both ancient and modern.
The Symbol of the Dragon & Phoenix
For some, the image that seems to stand our most on the logo of the UE School is the image of the Dragon and the Phoenix. First of all, these are very beautiful and very lively images. The Dragon is flying, and so is the Phoenix. This concept of flight and movement is very important for the survival of humanity and all living creatures. All matters that does not move is dead matter. Living matter is
moving matter, or, in other words, "movement is life". Therefore, the images of the flying Dragon and the flying Phoenix are the images of life and of life force. We need to have life in order to move and when we move, life will create things.... everything is created in movement.
We choose the symbolic image of the Dragon and Phoenix for the UE School, not only because it is lively, but also because there are many other representations and benefits.
Following the Eastern point of view, the Dragon is an animal with invisible force and numerous capacities. This is why the Dragon is the symbol of the brilliant and capable man. The phoenix is an animal with delicate beauty, with a clear singing voice, living in the deep forest. It represents beautiful features, the noble and precious virtues of woman. With its powerful capacities and mysterious strengths, the Dragon is also the symbol of the Genie. Because of its beautiful features and the way that it is delicate and yet has a magical energy, the Phoenix is also the symbol of the Fairy.
On a human level, the Dragon and the Phoenix represent man and woman - two different individuals of different sex, necessary to each other, complementing each other to form a couple for happiness, creating a family with 4
creating children and prolonging the race.
Additionally, the Dragon and the Phoenix represent the two opposing poles of Yin and Yang energy with different faculties, characteristics, functions, and together they represent the concept of Duality. Yin and Yang are like two electric charges looking for one another, drawn to unify and create, once creating then separating, once separate then looking for one another again. This demonstrates the theory of harmony and disharmony of all things in the universe. We need to learn through these natural theories.
All images and terms used by Master Dang in the past, in the present or in the future provide us with a means to explore, to do research, to question and learn, to realize and practice in order that we may continue on the spiritual path of wisdom and enlightenment, achieving practical results for ourselves, our family and our society. Since the images and terms are tools, we should not allow our tools to become the focus of our work. We cannot become dependent or too rigid about holding onto them. When we listen, we understand. All the terms, appellations and images in the material Life are only a means for us to explore and learn about Spirituality, to evolve and continually
evolve following the will of Heaven and the High Beings. This is the spiritual path that Master speaks of. In this way, spirituality is not defined or restricted by a single religion. As the soul is a part of the spiritual world, then the spiritual path following the Universal Energy School is part of the metaphysical spiritual world.
The Bronze Drum of Wisdom
As we are moving into a new stage on our evolutionary path of spirituality, therefore Master Dang now gives us a new symbolic image for our School - the image of the Round Circle with carved images of the Vietnamese Bronze Drum.
The symbols of carved images on the surface of the MEL Bronze Drum of Wisdom make people think about the Vietnamese Bronze Drum. Yet most people do not know that the Bronze Drum is a classical musical instrument for many people in the South East Asian region, including in Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, and China. In Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, actually, archaeologists have and Vietnam is the country that has unearthed many Bronze Drums introduced the civilization of the Bronze Drum.
the Round Circle with the carved In the UE School logo, we use images derived from the Vietnamese Bronze Drum and not the actual Vietnamese Bronze Drum itself. This is a very important distinction for us to make, It is the symbolism of the circle from the Bronze Drum that provide the key for our understanding. The pattern of these circles shows us the movements and connections of the universe. All the nebulas in the universe have essentially round shapes and the trajectories of all nebulas are similarly round. The trajectory of the Earth, the Moon, the Sun, the Stars are all elliptical, and these "circles" are the forms of the universe. There are many universes in space, and in each universe in space there are many worlds. We have tens of thousand of worlds, even millions of different worlds. These worlds symbolized by circles on the Bronze Drum. On the surface of the Drum are there are many different circles and patterns and these offer us many different material and spiritual meanings, representing different visible and invisible worlds and different dimensions in space.
Please make particular notice of the fact that Master Dang does not use the Vietnamese Bronze Drum itself. Rather, Master Dang is combining this image together with the logo of our School-with the image of the Pyramid and the image of the Dragon and Phoenix in harmony. Therefore the image of the Bronze Drum has another meaning. The image of the Bronze
Drum combined with the UE logo has many meanings and many meta-spiritual characteristics. Just as the Pyramid is directed upward in a linear, vertical progression of evolving stages, so it is that the Round Circle with carved circular images from the Vietnamese Bronze Drum symbolizes other spiritual evolutionary directions and movements and dimensions in space.
Each carved round circle from the patterns of the Vietnamese Bronze Drum can be considered as a symbol of an invisible spiritual world. There are high or low metaphysical spiritual worlds. Some are large and some are small, some are very close and others are quite distant. They can be within one another and yet different in matter, and characteristics. One example of two things being in the same space at the same time is the body and the soul. Each exists of different matter. Although it is unification in the same space, the body belongs to the visible matter and it cannot seem to touch the soul, which is metaphysical spiritual matter. The soul is unified with the body and yet it always has the capacity to interact with other metaphysical spiritual matters, either in the present world where we perceive through the physical senses, or with other metaphysical spiritual worlds, close by or far away.Metaphysical spiritual energy has the capacity to go through many worlds in space and is symbolized by the circles and the the Bronze Drum. The soul has different images on the surface of higher and more powerful circle can only communicate with capacities. The energies of the visible material body on a certain the matter on this circle and not with the matter on other circles. These are the limits of material energies and this topic is one we need to research and learn about in order to transcend these limitations.
In the way that these images of the Vietnamese Bronze Drum symbolize the metaphysical spiritual world- and worlds - around us, our new symbol needs a new term, a new appellation. We may call it "The Bronze Drum of the MEL Wisdom Philosophy." M.E.L., of course, is the appellation of our teaching: Mankind - Enlightenment - Love. Wisdom is the theme and intention of learning about the Bronze Drum. We need to learn Wisdom through the metaphysical realm around us. We cannot see these invisible worlds and universe with our physical eyes and even with current scientific eyes we cannot see it. Only spiritual eyes can see. These are the eyes of the Chakras which Master Dang has open for us at the Basic level, the Chakra 6 eye at the Intermediate
level, and the spiritual eye of the Light and Aura of God at the Advanced level.
With the images, meanings and characteristics of the MEL Bronze Drum of Wisdom.combined with the UE logo and the image of the Sun with 13 rays, we have a new logo for this higher level or UE level of University education, the University of MEL Wisdom. We have the logo of Wisdom; we have the Pyramid of Wisdom; the image of the Dragon and the Phoenix; the image of the Wisdom Sun with 13 rays and the Bronze Drum of Wisdom. We have the goal to do research and study in order to realize and practice Wisdom, the objectives of the material Life and Spirituality, the material and the human Spirituality, and Enlightenment & Love.
We need to do research, to study, to realize and practice the objectives of Mankind Enlightenment - Love, and at any level we can get the concrete and effective benefits for ourselves as individuals, for our family, country and humankind. The higher the level we reach, the more spiritual capacity we have to realize more beneficial things.
realize small works. At higher At the first levels, we can only spiritual levels, such as the level of the University of Wisdom-with the symbols of Pyramid of Wisdom and the Bronze Drum of Wisdom - we will have very high spiritual energies. We can contribute at this time to realize the important missions attributed by the Higher Beings. These may be very difficult missions, requiring many spiritual factors, but these are very glorious and noble missions of helping to save humans and helping the world. And, first of all, we begin on an individual level by saving ourselves, our family, our partners and our children.
The MEL Bronze Drum of Wisdom will help us to have a broader view, a more profound perspective of the universe and space, of humans and all things.
When we have Wisdom about the multi-size universe, about multi-dimensions that are large and covering everything in the universe and beyond, then we will have more opportunities to learn and evolve. We will change our concepts and awareness about humans and about the Universe. We will have the opportunity to learn the higher level lessons from the High Beings and to overcome the circle of suffering that stems from resentment, hatred, ignorance and intolerance, as well as to assimilate lessons in order to overcome fears about illness and death, to seek Wisdom, Enlightenment, Love and Happiness in this Material Life and in our Spirituality.
The symbol of the Wisdom Philosophy of MEL
7
The logo of Wisdom has many different images and colors: green, sky blue and navy blue. These colors are not merely for aesthetics and decoration, but they also carry meanings that can be beneficial for us to understand. Through this logo, students can learn and reach Wisdom for their material Life and spiritual growth.
The 3-sided Pyramid has a green color, which is the color of trees and grass, representing life force and life on earth that of humans and all living creatures. The two blue colors - sky blue and navy blue - symbolize the Sky and the Sea. Where there is no sky there is no life. Any planet needs atmosphere to have life and with each breath we draw in oxygen that is essential for our survival. The sea is water, which is also an essential element for humans and all creatures. When the seawater evaporates, it creates rain on earth that nourishes growth. It is why the Sea is sometimes thought of as a sweet Mother giving milk to her children. The Sea is also seemingly limitless and deep and that is why it is sometimes thought of as representing a Mother's love for her children. In this way, the blue in the Wisdom logo conveys the concept of Love, one of the essential goals of our School.
